Rostelecom says board recommends to pay 5.45 rbl/share in 2022 divs

MOSCOW, Oct 17 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian state-controlled telecom operator Rostelecom has recommended the 2022 dividends at 5.45 rubles per ordinary and preferred share, which totals 19 billion rubles, a company representative said on Tuesday.

An annual general meeting of the shareholders will be held on November 20 in absentia.

The register for the meeting will close on October 28.

In 2022, Rostelecom paid 4.56 rubles per share for 2021, or 15.9 billion rubles in total, which accounted for 50% of the 2021 net profit calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards.
